Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) seeks a senior operations professional to drive a high-performance culture through coaching across multiple teams and locations.

You will partner with program champions and Ops Leaders to ensure methodologies are followed, trends tracked, and issues resolved. You will mentor newly hired and promoted Team Leads and Managers, ensuring clear program requirements and driving behaviors aligned with governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Subject matter expertise on Lean tools.
• Experience coaching Operations Leaders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a high-performance culture across teams and locations.
• Work with program champions and Ops Leaders to follow methodologies.
• Review assessments and implement improvements with Champions and Leads.
• Meet with Ops teams to provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Engage with newly hired and promoted Team Leads and Managers on program requirements.
• Collaborate with central teams to maintain data integrity and governance.
• Liaise with program delivery teams during and after deployments.
