Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• FMP/CFM/IFMA/BIFM or equivalent advantageous.
• PMP or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Integrated Facilities Management across the client's portfolio in the Philippines.
• Manage hard and soft services, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary facilities management team.
• Oversee budgets, reporting and governance.
• Drive safety, risk management and business continuity.
