Job summary

JLL in the Philippines seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive cost effective initiatives across facilities. You will direct operation, maintenance and repair of assets, review contracts and oversee staff development and subcontractor performance.

You will coordinate with management and clients, ensure adherence to standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget while minimizing risk and waste.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for engineering work.
• Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Provide leadership to engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate projects with management and clients to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost effective engineering initiatives across facilities.
• Make recommendations to Management on staffing and development.
• Coordinate and plan projects to deliver on time and on budget.
• Direct operation, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Review projects for compliance with engineering standards.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and AMC are conducted as scheduled.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to teams and vendors.
