You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, manage change, and train regional teams while improving overall account performance and service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management or related operating technology.
• Corrigo or comparable work order platforms with broad FM knowledge.
• Experience operating in a matrix or shared services environment with influence across functions.

• Lead initiatives to improve account operations and optimization across Work Dynamic accounts.
• Standardize operational processes and playbooks with global consistency.

• Train account and regional teams on standard tools and processes.
• Review results and refine approaches based on data.
