Job summary

924 Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Operation Excellence & Project Manager to drive end-to-end improvement within our growing Shared Service Center.

You will lead initiatives spanning process optimization, onboarding new services, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. The role requires strong data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and expertise in LEAN Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in an international environment.
• 3+ years leading international projects with 10+ stakeholders.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Experience in air/sea freight forwarding and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end improvement projects to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Onboard and integrate new services into the shared service center.
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities using data analysis and best practices.
• Design process flows, write SOPs, and create training materials for front-line teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies.
