Manulife John Hancock is seeking a Manager, Global Operational Resilience to act as a first-line SME supporting Archer Operational Resilience and Business Continuity globally. You will develop practical tools, templates, checklists, and training materials, while aligning with second-line risk oversight and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Professional certifications in risk, resilience, or related domains are preferred.
• Experience across Operational Risk Management, BCM, or resilience disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line SME for Operational Resilience and Business Continuity modules.
• Lead development of standardized BCM tools, templates, and checklists.
• Perform first-line QA to ensure resilience docs are complete and well-justified.
• Identify non-compliance gaps and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Guide stakeholders in identifying critical processes, dependencies, and recovery needs.
• Support resilience exercises, audits, and regulatory readiness with evidence.
• Lead training and communications across global functions with clear guidance.
