LSEG is seeking a specialist team leader for its Group Resilience in Manila and Bengaluru. You will drive and embed Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience across the Group, partnering with senior internal customers to meet regulatory and policy requirements.

You will manage a small team of BCM and Operational Resilience specialists, deliver governance updates, and contribute to the evolution of Group standards. A collaborative, cross-border mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BCM in a global organisation.
• Solid understanding of Operational Resilience principles and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to document standards and guidance.

Responsabilités

• Lead provision of BCM and Operational Resilience guidance to internal customers.
• Manage senior customer relationships and drive effective delivery.
• Develop relationships with resilience professionals across the Firm.
• Coach and develop a team of BCM and Resilience specialists.
• Provide governance updates on compliance and resilience initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive ad hoc projects.
• Support learning and training for resilience stakeholders.
