Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Specialist Team Leader for Group Resilience. You will drive Business Continuity and Operational Resilience across divisions, lead a small team in Manila and Bengaluru, and influence senior internal customers to embed resilience practices in a fast-changing, globally regulated environment.

You will report to the Group Director of Group Resilience, develop standards, and participate in resilience governance.

Qualifications

Hands-on BCM delivery experience in a global organisation.
Strong understanding of Operational Resilience principles and processes.
Knowledge of global resilience regulatory requirements (PS21/3).
Experience documenting standards or guidance.
Excellent data analysis, risk identification and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Provide advice, guidance and support to internal customers across divisions.
Drive completion of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience requirements.
Manage senior customers as primary relationship owner.
Challenge customers to meet resilience requirements and embed practices.
Liaise on Group Resilience and share best practices across the Firm.
Develop relationships with resilience professionals and embed across business lines.
Lead and develop BCM and Operational Resilience specialists in the team.
Present updates at governance forums and resilience groups.
Identify and drive resilience improvement initiatives.
Support ad hoc projects and training for the resilience agenda.
