AECOM in Manila, Philippines is seeking a skilled Collections professional to manage daily collection activities within defined SLAs and report on progress. You will engage with clients via calls and emails to resolve outstanding invoices and support the debtor lifecycle under team leadership.

The role requires 3–4 years in collections, strong MS Office skills, and experience with ERP/CRMs (Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce). Global exposure and shared service environment preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Collections.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily collections activities within agreed SLAs.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Pro actively contact clients to discuss outstanding invoices.
• Support Team Leader in debtor lifecycle management and reporting.
