Job summary

AECOM Global Business Services - Philippines ROHQ is seeking a seasoned Collections professional to manage daily collection activities, monitor portfolios against service level agreements, and prepare insightful reports. You will conduct proactive outreach to clients about outstanding invoices, supporting the Team Leader to drive down days sales outstanding and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in Collections.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collections activities within SLAs.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Proactively contact clients regarding outstanding invoices via calls and emails.
• Assist Team Leader to manage debtor lifecycle and reduce days sales outstanding.
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills and process unallocated receipts.
