Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid B2B accounts receivable experience and stakeholder management (min 3 years).
• Excellent communication skills across internal teams and external clients.
• Proven negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shift and hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week).

Responsibilities

• Manages personnel needs, assigns work and meets deadlines.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of company policies.
• Performs analyses and reconciliations within designated accounts.
• Plans, organizes and directs the work of others.
• Prepares reports on department service levels.
• Oversees the day-to-day direction and coordination of the collections group.
