Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage daily collections across client portfolios. You will monitor SLAs, prepare progress reports, and engage clients via calls and emails to discuss outstanding invoices.

The role requires 3–4 years in collections, strong MS Office and ERP/CRM experience, and knowledge of accounting standards. You will support process improvements and work within a global shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Collections.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP & CRM systems (Oracle, SAP, Service Now, Salesforce).
• Experience in process improvements and transformation activities is an advantage.
• Experience in process migration/transition is a plus.
• Experience in a global engineering/consulting firm or shared services/BPO environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collections activities within the agreed service level.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Proactively contact clients to discuss outstanding invoices.
• Assist Team Leader to manage debtor lifecycle and reduce days sales outstanding.
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills.
• Process unallocated receipts, refunds and adjustments.
• May participate in process transition activities.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and address inquiries.
