You will work with the Global Mobility Lead to run daily operations, support transformation initiatives, and administer case management and related projects.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage audit processes, systems and audit Masterfile updates.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in completing reports, audit findings and drafting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes in short timeframes.
• Experience using Alteryx, Power Automate and Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the Global Mobility function.
• Support transformation initiatives and administration of case management.
• Assist with other Global Mobility projects and activities as required.
