Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a Global Mobility professional to support day‑to‑day operations, transformation initiatives and case management across the organisation. You will work closely with the Global Mobility Lead to ensure smooth mobility processes and project delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, process improvement and execution of audit-related activities with exposure to Alteryx, Power Automate and Power BI.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage audit processes, systems and audit Masterfile updates.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in completing reports, audit findings and drafting documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes in short timeframes.
  • Experience using Alteryx, Power Automate and Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day operations of the Global Mobility function.
  • Support transformation initiatives and administration of case management.
  • Deliver Global Mobility projects and activities as required by the function.

What role will you play?

You will work closely with the Global Mobility Lead to run the day-to-day operations of the function, including supporting the Global Mobility Lead with transformation initiatives, administration of case management and other Global Mobility projects and activities as required by the function.
