Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a Move Manager I to deliver end-to-end mobility and moving services for corporate relocations. You will manage employee files, coordinate services with Crown offices and vendors, and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics and 1–2 years in global mobility or customer service, with strong communication and organizational skills to operate in an international context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in global mobility, relocation or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee files and databases with document control.
• Prepare and process invoicing, job costs and related financial paperwork.
• Coordinate service delivery across Crown offices and vendors for global mobility projects.
• Act as primary liaison with assignees and Crown clients, meeting documentation needs.
• Attend client meetings and be based at client site when required.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
