Job summary

EY GDS Philippines is seeking a Mobility Assistant to support end-to-end international mobility assignments. You will work with Mobility Consultants to ensure a smooth experience for assignees and the business across pre-, on-, and post-assignment phases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end international mobility assignments with the Mobility Consultant.
• Assist in preparing, amending and finalizing cost estimates.
• Prepare Global Assignments Letters and country-specific addendums as applicable.
• Follow up to obtain signed documentation (assignment letters, agreements).
• Assist with relocation, repatriation, onboarding and related processes.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding events (EC processes, payroll input, leave tracking).
• Support assignees with questions and ensure timely case updates in GMT.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice payments and assist with budgeting and accruals.
• Support assignee compensation reviews, including bonus eligibility.
