Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Mobility to manage end-to-end mobility processes for regional relocations and assignments, ensuring policy compliance and smooth case delivery. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, delivering timely guidance on timelines, costs, and required documents.

The role requires 3–7 years in HR operations or mobility services, strong communication across cultures, and proficiency with HRIS

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in HR operations, global mobility, relocation, immigration, or mobility services.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across cultures and time zones.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and HRIS/Workday; vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global mobility process for relocations and assignments from intake to closure.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, and HR; provide guidance on policies, timelines, costs, and required documentation.
• Coordinate external vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, payroll, destination services) and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain accurate case records and generate mobility metrics and reporting.
