Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, part of the Crédit Agricole group, seeks a Client Operations Officer for Master Data Services and Static Data. Based in IOI City, Putrajaya, you will maintain static data across MDC and GP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for global clients.

Reporting to the Static Data Manager, you will handle data changes, coordinate with data providers, and support daily servicing operations across time zones.

Qualifications

• Banking operations experience with basic static data knowledge.
• Familiar with MDC and GP platforms.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg or other data providers is a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Control and validate static data in MDC and GP.
• Setups would include creation and/or amendment of static data in processing systems.
• Support Global Servicing with 8 working hours a day.
• Shift hours 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Ensure data quality and timely updates.
