Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks a Client Operations Officer for Master Data Services—Static Data. You will maintain accuracy of static data across MDC and GP systems, supporting a global client base in a 8-hour shift framework.

You will work with market data providers, execute corporate actions, and ensure timely responses to inquiries while upholding quality standards. Prior experience in banking operations and data management is essential.

Qualifications

• Banking experience in operations with basic static data knowledge.
• Knowledge in Bloomberg or other service providers will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with core platforms: MDC and all the GP.

Responsibilities

• Control and validate market data coming from data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
• Analyze and execute the corporate action event (dividend, spin off, shares split, etc.)
• Ensure internal and external enquiries are managed on time and with high quality standard
• Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)
• Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members
• Ensure cross training and rotation of duties occurs on a regular basis to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Periodic review of process to refresh understanding of requirements and review for compliance
