Job summary

Garrets International is seeking an Account Manager in GMP to support transactional business globally. You will manage the end-to-end order process from RFQs to delivery, coordinating with vessels and clients worldwide.

The role requires 3–4 years in order handling or B2B customer service, strong English, ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. Hybrid work setup with weekend duty rotation after training.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in order handling, procurement, or B2B customer service.
• Strong English communication and professional writing.
• ERP proficiency with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in weekend/public holiday duty rotation after training.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and vessels.
• Receive and process RFQs, sourcing prices and preparing competitive quotes.
• Benchmark vendor prices, negotiate, and ensure quotes are attractive to maximize win rates.
• Follow up on quotes to convert inquiries into orders and manage full order lifecycle.
• Promote GMP’s services to existing and new customers and build relationships.
• Ensure orders comply with agreed credit terms and documentation accuracy.
