Job summary

Wrist Inc in Manila is seeking an Account Manager in GMP to support Garrets International’s transactional business. You will manage end-to-end order processing, from RFQs to delivery onboard, while building strong relationships with ship masters, purchasers and vendors.

The role demands 3–4 years in order handling or procurement, excellent English, ERP and Excel proficiency, and a proactive, service-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in order handling, procurement, or B2B customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing service quality and pricing.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• ERP knowledge and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Independent and team-focused approach; able to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and vessels.
• Receive RFQs, source prices, prepare quotes, and send to clients.
• Benchmark prices, negotiate where needed, and protect gross profit.
• Manage full order process and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain ERP data and support invoicing with Accounts.
