Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in Bustos, Bulacan is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead teams, and ensure safety, quality and productivity.

You will manage inventory, optimise processes, and liaise with clients to ensure timely deliveries and satisfaction. The role requires at least 5 years in warehouse operations, proven leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar logistics environment.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
• Physical capability to perform regular warehouse inspections and walk-throughs.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Relevant certifications in warehouse management, forklift operation or health and safety would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Supervise, train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems to ensure stock accuracy and availability
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to minimise errors and damage to goods
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Manage workforce scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands
• Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness
• Liaise with other departments and clients to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on warehouse metrics and productivity
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly

About the role
