Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and global logistics systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of shipment tracking platforms, customs management tools, and international freight processes.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on clear, professional correspondence.
• A customer-centric approach to handling complaints and providing resolutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges, often under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end process of international shipments, including order processing, tracking, documentation, and delivery.
• Provide real-time updates to international customers on shipment status, delays, customs clearance, and any potential issues.
• Address inquiries from international customers regarding shipping, tracking, delivery, tariffs, customs procedures, and other logistics-related queries.
• Resolve issues such as delayed shipments, lost goods, or incorrect deliveries by working closely with the logistics and operations teams.
• Ensure that all customer concerns are handled promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Advise customers on required international shipping documents, customs regulations, and import/export procedures to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping laws and assist customers with any legal or regulatory questions regarding their shipments.
