Smartsourcing is hiring a full-time, onsite Customer Service Representative to handle enquiries, provide shipment updates, review transport information, and resolve routine order and delivery concerns to ensure a smooth customer experience.
The role involves monitoring shipment status, supporting notifications to customers, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams. Experience in logistics or fast-paced service environments is preferred.
Competenze
- Previous customer service experience in logistics or fast-paced service environment.
- Education in Customer Service, Business Administration, Logistics or related field is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Machship, carrier portals, ticketing tools, and basic business applications.
Mansioni
- Monitor shipment and dispatch information and provide tracking updates.
- Assist with delivery delays and orders not dispatched.
- Support routine order-management activities and proof of delivery processes.
- Validate addresses and review order details for accuracy before actions.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
