Institute for Inner Studies, Inc. is seeking a Legal Assistant to support licensing operations, manage contracts, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role provides basic legal and administrative support while ensuring accurate document tracking and compliance.

The Legal Assistant ensures smooth licensing operations, accurate contract management, and effective coordination with stakeholders, while providing basic legal and administrative support.
Draft and process licensing agreements, authorizations, and amendments
Manage electronic contracts (Adobe Sign) and track document flow
Maintain and update contract templates and licensing databases
Monitor applications, renewals, and master trackers for accuracy
Organize physical and digital files related to licensing
Serve as point of contact for licensees and Regional Managers
Coordinate higher course approvals and documentation
Provide instructors with approved teaching materials
Assist in meetings (agenda preparation and minutes documentation)
Support CRM / Online Licensing Portal monitoring and testing
Coordinate with government agencies, legal partners, and external counsel
Manage inventory and reprinting of manuals
Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field
Experience in legal work is an advantage but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
On-site position available
