As part of the License Team, you will coordinate license evaluations across global clients, analyze contracts, and engage stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

What will you contribute?

As part of the Teciem License Team, you will support broader customer engagement by ensuring Teciem customer licenses are reviewed and scheduled for annual license evaluations. You will report to the manager responsible for Teciem License Management, whose primary responsibility is to ensure that license evaluations are executed globally across the entire Teciem product and customer portfolio. This role requires close coordination with multiple lines of business and global functions, including Sales, Finance/Billing/Contracts, Legal, Customer Support, and Product teams. You will be responsible for executing license evaluation processes, procedures, and methodologies in collaboration with our clients, with a strong focus on minimizing cycle time while maximizing client engagement. You will conduct license evaluations with a high level of quality, ensuring customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining professional relationships that encourage timely and effective client collaboration in accordance with the defined license evaluation timelines.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Contractual Baselining: Analyze customer contracts to identify licensed products, metrics, restrictions, and any non-standard rights or conditions.

Customer-Facing Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the license evaluation process, including engaging stakeholders, collecting required data, drafting conclusions, and presenting results.

Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Specialists, Technical Support, Legal, Sales, and other relevant teams.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Teciem’s product portfolio and licensing models.

Required Experience

Understanding of the Teciem Contract Administration environment.

Prior knowledge of Teciem’s product portfolio and license evaluation processes is a benefit.

Technical knowledge, including understanding of computer networks, system architectures, and backup environments.

Experience working in environments where accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to time-critical SLAs are essential.

Excellent internal stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

Proven experience analyzing information, making recommendations, and influencing outcomes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
