Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Learning Administrator to provide learning administrative and specialist support across two focus areas: global Leadership Development programs and LMS administration. You will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders, helping with enrollment, scheduling, reporting, and platform operation.

Working with global P&O and IT teams, you will maintain LMS hubs, produce reports, and assist with program catalogue updates,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems or related field.
• 2+ years in Learning or HR, with LMS, document management tools, and ServiceNow experience.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with SharePoint helpful.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for learners in global leadership programs.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate global learning programs and vendor coordination.
• Administer LMS globally and collaborate with HR and IT teams.
• Maintain LMS hubs, update training schedules, brochures and guides.
• Prepare and analyze reports for stakeholders; manage feedback surveys.
