Job summary

Rhenus Group in the Philippines seeks a learning and development specialist to shape the future of our training programs, delivering immersive e-learning and live sessions across a global workforce. You will collaborate with a diverse network of subject-matter experts to design learning blueprints, leveraging modern LXD practices and tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and the Workday LMS.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of ISD and L&D experience, including implementation of large e-learning projects, is a must; 3+ years’ experience is preferred
• A working knowledge of learning theories is essential (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne)
• An understanding that adults learn differently from students in school (andragogy vs pedagogy)
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in live/virtual facilitation and the application of professional coaching models (e.g. GROW, structured feedback techniques), ideally within a corporate environment. A recognized coaching certification is a distinct advantage.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English; the ability to communicate in a foreign language is a distinct advantage
• Must have experience with using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Creative Cloud;
• Knowledge of, and experience with, a modern Learning Management System is a must, experience with Workday is a distinct advantage
