Job summary

Rhenus Group is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to shape the future of our global training programs. You will partner with subject‑matter experts to design immersive, collaborative learning that resonates across cultures and locations.

The role emphasizes live and virtual facilitation, coaching, and mastery of tools like Captivate, Articulate 360, and a modern LMS such as Workday. A strong command of English and a passion for design excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ISD/L&D experience; 3+ preferred.
• Solid knowledge of learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne).
• Understanding adults learn differently from students (andragogy vs pedagogy).
• Minimum 2 years of live/virtual facilitation and coaching (GROW); corporate setting preferred.
• Excellent English communication; foreign language skills a plus.
• Experience with authoring tools: Captivate and/or Articulate 360; Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of a modern LMS; Workday experience a plus.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years of ISD and L&D experience, including implementation of large e‑learning projects, is a must; 3+ years' experience is preferred
• A working knowledge of learning theories is essential (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne)
• An understanding that adults learn differently from students in school (andragogy vs pedagogy)
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in live/virtual facilitation and the application of professional coaching models (e.g. GROW, structured feedback techniques), ideally within a corporate environment. A recognized coaching certification is a distinct advantage.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English; the ability to communicate in a foreign language is a distinct advantage
• Must have experience with using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Creative Cloud;
• Knowledge of, and experience with, a modern Learning Management System is a must, experience with Workday is a distinct advantage
