Job summary

Propellis seeks a Trainer, Learning & Development to design and deliver leadership, soft skills, and professional development programs for a globally diverse workforce. You will facilitate engaging sessions, provide coaching, and help embed a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience facilitating leadership, soft skills, or professional development training.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms, ideally Skillsoft/Percipio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver leadership, manager onboarding, and soft skills training programs.
• Facilitate virtual and live learning sessions for global audiences.
• Provide coaching and learning reinforcement to employees and managers.
• Support end-to-end administration and coordination of learning programs.
• Manage learner records, reporting, and Learning Management System (LMS) activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
