Job summary

Alorica Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Training and Development Manager to oversee the delivery of learning programs, coach trainers, and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will lead a team, monitor attendance, and collaborate with Operations to identify training needs while delivering clear reports and recommendations for improvements. • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in Training or L&D, preferably in BPO.
• At least 1 year of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training tools.
