Job summary

TechNerds Solutions Inc. in Pasig City is seeking a Leadership Development Trainer to support design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs for employees at different levels. You will collaborate with the L&D team and internal stakeholders to address leadership learning and performance needs.

Hybrid work setup with shifting hours and a focus on adult learning principles. The role emphasizes onboarding, capability development, and program coordination for ongoing leadership initiatives

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in training/learning or related work experience.
• Experience in training facilitation and classroom management.
• Experience in learning and leadership development.
• Experience in training coordination and program support.
• Coaching and learner support.
• Knowledge of adult learning and facilitation principles.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing or improving training materials and learning activities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule (2PM-11PM).
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup.
• Willing to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, capability development, talent development, leadership development, and organization development programs for various employee groups.
• Support preparation, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning programs and materials.
• Provide training, coaching, and learner support following adult learning principles.
• Partner with Corporate and Operations to monitor learner engagement and learning outcomes, and provide recommendations.
• Support assigned L&D projects and other duties as assigned.

Role Overview

• The Leadership Development Trainer is responsible for supporting the assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs by working closely with the L&D team and internal stakeholders to address employee and leadership learning and performance needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned employee and new leader onboarding, capability development, talent development, leadership development, and organization development programs for individual contributors, team managers, and other employee groups across the organization.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning programs, training materials, and learning activities.
• Provide training, coaching, and learner support as appropriate, applying established adult learning and facilitation principles.
• Partner with Corporate and Operations teams to monitor learner engagement, feedback, basic learning outcomes, and learning effectiveness, and provide relevant observations and recommendations to the L&D team.
• Support assigned L&D projects, initiatives, and other duties as may be assigned
