Job summary

Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking a Learning and Leadership Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership training programs for entry-level leaders.

You will facilitate sessions, coordinate logistics, and help develop learning materials to meet learner and business needs. The role collaborates with HR to identify training needs for first-line leaders, administer post-training assessments, and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in leadership training or talent development in BPO industry.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow training guides.

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational leadership programs, such as new supervisor training.
• Coordinate logistics for leadership sessions and track attendance and completion.

The Learning / Leadership Development Specialist supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership training programs. The role facilitates entry-level leadership sessions, assists in program development, and ensures that training content meets learner and business needs.
