Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Specialist in Job Profile Management to oversee submission, retrieval, and audit support for job profiles. The role drives adoption across countries and collaborates with HRBP, Head of HR, Head of QM, and Medicine Director to ensure high-quality, ready-for-rollout services for global employees.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Employee Administration, a business-related degree, and strong English communication both written and verbal.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of expert knowledge in Employee Administration or HR-related fields.
• Academic Degree preferably in Business or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and run processes around job profile submission and audit support.
• Lead introduction and roadshows of Job Profile Management to countries.
• Drive activation across the medicine community ensuring day-one readiness for new countries.
• Maintain SharePoint and HRIS systems; support quarterly data read-outs and monthly hires/terminations.
