Job summary

GloPros is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 consultant to empower colleagues globally to work securely, efficiently, and productively using Microsoft cloud and workplace platforms. You will bridge hands-on support, automation, and continuous improvement.

The role includes administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and core workplace services, managing users and access, and coordinating with Microsoft and vendors during major incidents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and identity platforms.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 operational support for Microsoft 365 services across regions.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and access management including MFA, SSPR, CA, and reviews.
• Support identity security and governance initiatives, including tenant-wide campaigns and remediation efforts.
• Manage Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, SSO, and admin consent for third‑party SaaS.
• Enhance operations for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, AVD, and endpoint management.
• Coordinate with Microsoft and vendor support during incidents and escalations.
• Oversee license lifecycle activities: assignment, inventory, optimization, reporting, quotes, and purchases/refunds.
• Automate recurring operations and reporting with PowerShell, Graph API, and Excel.
