Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an IT Operations professional in Metro Manila to handle tickets and daily operations. Responsibilities include backup/restore, asset management, monitoring, access management, and software deployment across Windows/Linux environments.

The role requires 2–5 years’ experience with Cisco/Microsoft tech, virtualization, cloud services, and strong RCA skills. Includes rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of high technical experience in Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
• Experience in Virtualization, PaaS, IaaS, Security and recovery.
• Proficient in Azure Storage, AD, DNS, Windows Server, SCCM/MECM, Linux, PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Backup and Restore: ensure regular system backups, manage backup tools, perform quick restores for DR.
• IT Asset Management: maintain hosting and networking assets, CMDB improvements.
• Monitoring and Events Management: provide fast, quality outage solutions and RCA.
• Identify and Access Management: enforce identity policies, SSO integration, AD health.
• Software Deployment and Update Management: deploy patches and OS upgrades.
• Key shared accountabilities: deliver best end-user experience and manage tech assets.
