Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Spend Logistics Analyst to actively manage the global freight payment and audit process, coordinate with the SCO program, and produce spend analytics.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, ERP/BI tooling, and collaboration with global teams to drive process improvements and accurate cost allocation, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Power BI, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business, engineering, CS, or accounting.
• 2 years professional experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Demonstrated root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with data reporting tools such as Power BI or Sigma.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration.
• English language competency with global teams.
• Familiarity with transportation and supply chain concepts; Oracle Transportation Management preferred.
• Experience with SQL/Python/VBA optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and resolve payment queues to ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify and resolve invoice and process issues.
• Ensure payment terms are consistently achieved and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to support management.
• Support cost allocation of global freight expense to general ledger codes.
• Provide analytics and reporting to guide supply chain decisions.
