Job summary

Pacvue in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager to design and execute IT sourcing strategies across SaaS, cloud, hardware, and IT services.

You will drive vendor governance, negotiate complex contracts, and lead a data‑driven approach with AI analytics to optimize TCO and cash flow. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Legal to realize cost savings, establish governance, and build scalable procurement processes while mentoring a growing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 2+ years in IT and technology sourcing (SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, IT services).
• Proven track record negotiating complex enterprise IT agreements with major vendors and delivering quantified annual savings on multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience in category strategy, vendor governance, contract negotiation, and sourcing project management.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex enterprise IT agreements with focus on renewal terms, volume discounts, true‑ups, and payment optimization.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle and establish/enforce SLAs, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular vendor reviews, elevate performance issues, and implement corrective actions; serve as primary contact for contractual matters.
• Analyze spend data and market intelligence using AI‑enabled analytics to identify consolidation, cost savings, and TCO optimization opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate contract review, support RFP development, and improve sourcing decisions.
• Lead workflow automation initiatives to reduce cycle time and scale procurement capability.
• Communicate category performance, deal recommendations, and sourcing outcomes to leadership; mentor junior procurement team members.
• Drive category strategy and financial performance by collaborating with Finance, IT, Legal, and business units to identify savings opportunities, establish benchmarks, and report cash impact against budget targets.
• Establish and execute procurement governance by developing and socializing policies, processes, and controls.
