Seven Consulting is a private and independent Australian IT Project and Program Management Consultancy. The company is expanding its Manila team and is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to drive end-to-end recruitment for offshore resources, primarily for Australian clients.

The role emphasizes full lifecycle recruitment, strong stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality candidate experiences within a dynamic Manila office environment.

Formación

• 4 - 5yrs+ Experience in End-to-End Recruitment
• Recruitment within the Project/Program Management space will be highly regarded
• Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and recruitment platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Flexible and adaptable
• Team Player
• Self-motivated

Responsabilidades

• Full life cycle recruiting; Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying and Closing
• Successfully placing offshore resources with clients located in Australia
• Updating applicants as they go through the recruitment process
• Assisting with preparation of interview packs
• Administrative duties to assist HR and recruitment
