Job summary

Seven Seven is building a next-generation IT recruitment team—modern, data-driven, and fast.

This Technical Recruiter will own end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to closing, and partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs. You’ll move fast, build pipelines of active tech talent, and help shape how modern recruiting is done, with onsite weekly and flexible remote periods.

• Current experience in IT recruitment in the Philippine market.
• Expert in sourcing niche and high-demand tech talent.
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements.
• Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Who We’re Looking For

• REQUIRED: CURRENT experience in IT recruitment (Philippine market)
• Expert in sourcing niche and high-demand tech talent across key IT domains
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements
• Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Priority Advantage

• Experience in IT consulting / IT services firms (highly preferred)

Work Setup
