Job summary

Partners Group is seeking an Interview Scheduler within our Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless, candidate-friendly interview experience across global time zones. You will coordinate complex schedules, manage logistics, and act as the point of contact for candidates and stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work midshift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH), supporting data integrity in the ATS and contributing to process

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, HR operations, executive support, or another high-volume coordination role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver accurate work under tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Comfort working with calendar tools (Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with ATS is an advantage.
• Discretion handling confidential information and working across cultures/time zones.
• Availability to work midshift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews end-to-end for multiple roles and hiring teams across regions and time zones.
• Manage interview logistics such as calendar invites, video conference links, interview agendas, and panel coordination.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders regarding scheduling, updates, and changes.
• Maintain accurate updates in the recruiting system/ATS to ensure data integrity and transparency.
• Identify scheduling conflicts early and propose alternative solutions to keep processes moving.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize scheduling needs and meet turnaround time expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling workflows and templates.
