Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Screening Specialist to review recorded candidate video applications and interviews and assess responses against established qualifications.

You will assign scores, document results, and provide reliable evaluation records to support hiring decisions. This full-time hybrid role offers day shifts and on-site options at Ayala Avenue Makati and other Metro Manila locations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, quality assurance, candidate screening, customer service quality analysis, or call evaluation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow standardized assessment criteria and maintain accurate records.
• Good written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review recorded candidate video applications and interviews.
