Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis with stakeholders and prioritize learning initiatives.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training for HR tech.
• Publish and maintain learning content aligned with the firm's branding.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
• Support learners with post-training resources and coaching.
