Job summary

White & Case, Global Operating Center in Manila, is seeking an Advisor, HRIS Data Management to provide first-line support for HR systems. You will resolve tier-1 issues, perform data checks, and document cases to meet service standards.

You will work with HRIS, domain owners, and SMEs to escalate where deeper investigation is required. The role supports global HR operations, ensuring data integrity across employee, organizational, job and compensation records, while contributing to knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS support.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve routine HR systems and data issues within Tier 1, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Support HR transactions and data maintenance per Tier 1 procedures and service levels.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across HR data domains (employee, organizational, job, compensation).
• Analyze recurring Workday cases and suggest improvements to simplify or automate processes.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, HRIS, CI and Knowledge teams to improve end-to-end service delivery.
