Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking an Advisor, HRIS Data Management in Manila. The role provides first-line support to colleagues, HR teams, and stakeholders using HR systems, focusing on routine issue resolution and data integrity within defined service standards.

As part of People Operations Delivery, you will identify recurring issues, contribute to knowledge materials, and work with HRIS and Process Owners to improve end-to-end service delivery in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS support.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.
• Strong data-validation and Excel skills.
• Clear English communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 HRIS support to colleagues, HR teams and stakeholders.
• Resolve routine HR systems issues and maintain data integrity.
• Assist with HR transactions and data maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Process Owners and Knowledge teams to improve service delivery.
