Reporting to the HRIS Supervisor, the Specialist maintains data integrity in Workday and related systems, resolves transactional issues, and escalates as needed. The role also contributes to system testing, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to optimize tools and workflows that support HR operations. Working as part of the global HRIS team, the Specialist helps ensure that reporting deliverables are well-documented, consistently structured, and effectively support both operational and strategic needs. The role also contributes to improving report lifecycle practices and strengthening data stewardship across the organization. Across both tracks, success depends on your attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, and collaborative mindset. You'll be working across time zones, supporting a global workforce, and contributing to the consistent and secure delivery of people systems.

Any misuse, negligence, or breach of data privacy may be subject to disciplinary action in line with company policies. Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement conversations. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Workday reporting or configuration. Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
