Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and improve HR processes across Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, and Employee Central, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

The role emphasizes 2nd/3rd line support, cross-functional collaboration, and change management. Requires 5+ years in HR Services/HRIT and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in HR Services/HRIT with focus on Employee Central.
• Proven project management experience in global HR initiatives.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems (SuccessFactors, Hire-to-Retire).
• Collaborate with Global Project & Process Managers to specify requirements for new tools or improvements.
• Act as point of contact and expert for Onboarding, Social Onboarding, Time Off, Recruitment, Employee Central modules and related HR systems.
• Lead release management, UAT, testing activities and documentation updates.
