Job summary

Biopharma Careers in Manila is seeking an HR Enablement & Support specialist to maintain and enhance global HR technology solutions, focusing on Employee Central, Onboarding and SuccessFactors Core. You will support SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow platforms, balancing global processes with local needs.

You will collaborate with regional teams and IT to implement changes, improve HR processes, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in HR Services/HRIT focusing on Employee Central, Onboarding, and SuccessFactors Core modules.
• Proven project management experience with end-to-end system rollouts and implementations.
• International project experience or global day-to-day work exposure.
• Business fluency in English.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies with cultural awareness.
• Basic understanding of data protection/compliance concepts (GDPR, data retention, labor laws).

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for global HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Collaborate with Project & Process Managers to gather requirements for new tools or process improvements.
• Manage system changes with impact analysis, communication, configuration changes, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with SSC, HR Process Management, and IT/external vendors to align processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure data governance and alignment with data consumers inside and outside HR; work with IT on interface issues.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to user permissions, workflows, and business rule configurations.
• Participate in global HR projects representing HR areas.
