Job summary

HelloConnect, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Global People Shared Services Team Lead to direct the end-to-end employment life cycle and daily HR operations. You will manage data processes, ensure quality deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experiences.

You will lead a team, champion process improvements, and mentor staff while upholding data privacy standards and SLA commitments across global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a team in a shared services environment.
• Experience with Talent Administration and end-to-end employment life cycle data management.
• Proficient in Workday and related ATS/ERP systems; strong data reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily HR shared services operations and life cycle processes.
• Ensure SLA/alignment on data processing, accuracy, and timely responses.
• Act as SME and escalation point; resolve complex inquiries and bottlenecks.
• Monitor utilization, drive process improvements, and train team members.
• Maintain SOPs, monitoring tools, and regular RCA actions for quality issues.
• Foster continuous improvement and maintain data privacy compliance.
