Job summary

HelloConnect in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a People Shared Services Associate to manage HR data, contracts, certificates, and archives in Workday. You will ensure accurate master and movement data while supporting regional HR teams and audits.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, adherence to data privacy laws, and collaboration across HR functions; prior experience with ERP systems, HRIS, and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira is required, with a growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and/or related field.
• At least two years of experience in HR data management.
• Experience with HR processes, systems, and tools across the employee lifecycle.
• Proficient with ERP systems and reporting.
• Familiarity with HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Workday).

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS including onboarding, new joiner registration, transfers, promotions, movements, contract changes, and terminations.
• Facilitate time and tracking administration, benefits and other related to compensation and benefits administration such as letter changes, leave administration, salary changes and the likes.
• Maintain and update employee master data records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage personnel documentation including courses, performance records, employment certificate, reference letters and other relevant employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate competence files and support the maintenance of the electronic filing system structure.
• Ensure timely processing of data change requests submitted via HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent).
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to obtain missing or incomplete data.
• Archive all personnel-related files securely within the HR database.
• Maintain data integrity and facilitate proper flow of information to stakeholders during day-to-day operations.
• Carry out additional related responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as requested.
